What delivery and pick-up options do I have?

All orders will be delivered right to your door.

MDG requires a FULL Service Address (House Number and Street Name) in order to deliver your package.

When will my delivery arrive?

Processing Timeframe

Once your order has been verbally confirmed with our Verification Team, and your first payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays).

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by one of our couriers. Courier is determined by location, package type, and package size.

For all non furniture items: 7-10 business days

For Coaster Furniture deliveries: A representative will reach out to you within 5-10 from setting up your payment schedule with a Verification Representative at MDG, to discuss your availability for delivery. All Coaster furniture deliveries are scheduled ahead of time. To see whether your item is Coaster or Ashley please refer to your Order Summary details.

For Ashley Furniture deliveries: 7-10 from setting up your payment schedule with a Verification Representative at MDG. To see whether your item is Coaster or Ashley please refer to your Order Summary details.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY

Customers who reside in the United States must complete MDG's verification process no later than December 6th. If asked to make additional payments prior to products shipping out, ALL additional payments must be completed prior to December 6th.

Lack of required documents, discrepancies in information provided or Larger Down Payment will result in the account being placed on hold and we can no longer guarantee shipping in time for December 25th.

If you already have an account with MDG and are placing another order, and your banking information has not changed, you must complete and submit required documents by December 9th. Please note your order is not finalized until you have confirmed your shipping address and completed MDG's verification process with a Verification Representative.

**Due to pre-arrange and scheduled shipping date for FURNITURE ITEMS, no timeframe can be guaranteed for the holidays.

We want to ensure GUARANTEED shipment for you! Therefore we must take into consideration a number of factors; the duration of security check validation from your bank, individual verification of supporting documentations, time for discrepant/missing documents to be resubmitted, courier shipping guarantees, etc... And most importantly weather. With the approach of December, we allow time for shipping delays based on poor weather conditions.

Our sales team will continuously work hard to ensure all requirements are met prior to any of these dates so that you can enjoy your order in time for December 25th. Although satisfaction of all above requirements may be met, once your product(s) have left MDG's warehouse and are on route, it is now the responsibility of the courier service. We guarantee we will ship your item in time for December 25th, however we cannot guarantee delivery.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages can result in shipping delays. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your order. If at any point you think there may be an issue with your shipment please contact Customer Service at 1-800-906-0975 x 352 and speak to a representative.
