2021 HOLIDAY SHIPPING Important Dates & Guidelines


This holiday season, parcels can take longer to process and deliver. Our shipping partners are working hard to ensure quick deliveries but they are already experiencing delays due to a higher-than-normal parcel volume.


We recommend ordering early or by the following dates for best chance that your package arrives on time. Please consider the below shipping guidelines when making a holiday purchase. These are not guarantee dates, only recommendations according to our shipping partners. It's best to make purchase early to avoid any delays.


For Standard Delivery Items:


When a down payment(s) is required, all payment(s) must be made on or before December 6th.


When a down payment is not required, submit your order to your Personal Account Assistant or complete online verification step in your Account by December 10th.


Large and heavy items such as furniture, TVs, and major home appliances require Scheduled Delivery & will be noted on the product page. All other items will ship via Standard Delivery.


For Scheduled Delivery Items:


When a down payment(s) is required, all payment(s) must be made on or before November 29th.


When a down payment is not required, submit your order to your Personal Account Assistant or complete online verification step in your Account by December 3rd.

Where do you deliver? Can I send shipments outside of the United States?


We only ship orders from www.mdg.com to locations within the United States. If you reside in Canada please visit our Canadian page at www.mdg.ca to view products shipped to Canada.


Can I ship to a PO Box Address?


We require a signature of a resident 18 years or older at time of delivery. For this reason, we require a FULL Service Address (House Number and Street Name) in order to deliver your package.


When will my delivery arrive?


We want you to get your order as quickly and affordably as possible. We try to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments, so your entire order can be delivered at the same time. Depending on item availability, nearest warehouse location and item size, items in your order may ship separately. Items shipping separately, or with multiple carriers will be delivered at different intervals. We encourage you to following the status of your order after it has shipped with the carrier tracking number. For tracking numbers and the expected date of delivery of the items in your order, sign in and view the Order Tracker



Processing Timeframe


Once your order has been verbally confirmed with a member of our Verification Team, and your required down payment(s) has cleared, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.


Shipping Timeframe


Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by one of our couriers. Courier is determined by location, package type, and package size. Large and heavy items can’t be shipped by Standard Delivery, they require Scheduled Delivery. Items that require Scheduled Delivery will be noted in your Cart Summary during Check Out.  


Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days


Scheduled Delivery: 7-15 business days

For Scheduled Delivery you will be contacted by the courier with 3-5 days after your order has been processed to schedule the delivery.


All timeframes are based on In Stock Items at time of processing.
