ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL.  PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE USE THIS WEBSITE .  By accessing or using this Site you acknowledge (a) that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy; and (b) this Privacy Policy shall have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

GENERAL

This Privacy Policy only applies to your visits to this Site, which is operated by MDG, with a principal place of business at 2940 Bristol Circle, Oakville, Ontario L6H 6G4, Canada.  We know you value your privacy.  This Privacy Policy governs personal information (defined below) we collect and receive from you or about you and explains how we may collect, use and, in some instances, share this information.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the personal information you provide when applying for a Credit Account issued by CCBank. The personal information you provide when you apply for a Credit Account issued by CCBank is collected on behalf of CCBank and is covered by CCBank’s Privacy Disclosure.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Site will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy each time you use the Site. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will provide a notice at the top of this Privacy Policy for at least 30 days after the new effective date.   BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.

You may access the current version of this Privacy Policy at any time by clicking on “Useful Links” – “Privacy Policy”, at the bottom of each page of this Site.  For your convenience, we post the effective date of this Privacy Policy at the top of this page, so that you can see whether this Privacy Policy has changed since your last visit.

Privacy Notices
This Privacy Policy may be supplemented or amended from time to time by “Privacy Notices” posted on this Site.  Generally, Privacy Notices provide details about the personal information we collect on particular pages or particular areas of this Site, why we need that information, and choices you may have about the ways we use that information.  Our Privacy Notices are part of this Privacy Policy.

If you are a customer of MDG, please note that MDG maintains a separate MDG Consumer Privacy Notice (click here) to describe the specific privacy practices that apply to our customer’s information.  To the extent that any portion of this Privacy Policy conflicts with our MDG Consumer Privacy Notice, the MDG Consumer Privacy Notice is the most authoritative.

Agreements Governing Specific Features and Password-Protected Areas of This Site
This Privacy Policy may be supplemented or amended by special terms and conditions governing specific features or password-protected areas of this Site.  When you sign up to use a special feature or password-protected area, you may be asked to agree to special terms governing your use of the special feature or password-protected area.  In such cases, you will be asked to expressly consent to the special terms, for example, by checking a box or clicking on a button marked “I agree.”  This type of agreement is known as a “click-through” agreement. If any of the terms of the click-through agreement are different than the terms of this Privacy Policy, the terms of the click-through agreement will supplement or amend this Privacy Policy, but only with respect to the matters governed by the “click-through agreement.”
