Recently I lost everything I owned due flooding that has pretty much affected the United States I have been a customer of MDG and some of the items that I lost in the flood I reached out to the company because one of the items was a computer for my work and the other was my present to my daughter for her birthday the company went above and beyond to help me fix and replace the item I received for my daughter they could have been like oh well and still made me finish paying on an item that was broken. But the were amazing and very understanding and look forward to doing more business in the future I will need a new laptop unfortunately. But know they will always be fair......
