“Customer Service”
Dealing with customer service today, I was not a happy camper, but I tried to go with the flow, I had ordered a 17in Laptop, received a 15in wanted to return it but the process to return it was out of this world, all I wanted was a return label and I would send it back in the same box, although the box showed it was 17in, the laptop inside was clearly a 15in, but they wanted pictures video and wouldn't send a return label until they had all of this first, I was more agitated than anything...through all of this the customer service lady was courteous and professional and very polite, so I really couldn't be angry...I told her I would call her back and I did, I just decided to just keep the 15in and they gave me $80 credit which I know is far less than what I bargained for, but as far as customer service is concerned they are truly wonderful to deal with...
