MDG ships all orders using UPS, or CEVA courier services. Once your order has gone through the Verification Department, you can visit our website at or call customer service at 1-800-906-0975 x 352 for your tracking number. Tracking numbers can be used to check on the progress of the shipment. Please note that Furniture items will not have a tracking number available.

Non-MDG branded products, including laptops, TVs and tablets, are covered by the manufacturers warranty for one year. The manufacturers warranty covers hardware defects and technical support. Each manufacturer has their own terms and conditions that apply to their warranties and the specific details of the warranties may be slightly different for each manufacturer.

It is highly recommended to record the model number and serial number of your product and contact the manufacturer after purchase in order to register your warranty. These numbers can be found on the underside of the product.
