Where is my order?

You can access your order status by signing in and viewing the Order Tracker.

What delivery and pick-up options do I have?

All orders will be delivered right to your door.

MDG requires a FULL Service Address (House Number and Street Name) in order to deliver your package.

When will my delivery arrive?

Processing Timeframe

Once your order has been verbally confirmed with our Verification Team, and your first payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays).

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by one of our couriers. Courier is determined by location, package type, and package size.

For all non furniture items: 7-10 business days

For Coaster Furniture deliveries: A representative will reach out to you within 5-10 from setting up your payment schedule with a Verification Representative at MDG, to discuss your availability for delivery. All Coaster furniture deliveries are scheduled ahead of time. To see whether your item is Coaster or Ashley please refer to your Order Summary details.

For Ashley Furniture deliveries: 7-10 from setting up your payment schedule with a Verification Representative at MDG. To see whether your item is Coaster or Ashley please refer to your Order Summary details.
