J'ai dû reporter mon paiement mensuel à deux reprises. J'ai attendu moins d'une minute avant qu'un conseiller ne réponde, et le report a été effectué en moins de trois minutes. C'est ce que j'appelle un service client exceptionnel et d'une efficacité remarquable.
