well everything very nice customer service answer all the questions I needed but the only thing I can really complain about the way it came to my house that it wasn't package up at all it was one of the worst experience. they could have put it in package box and bubble wrap. that's the only complaint that I have. |

The whole process was easy. From being approved for credit to having the laptop shipped to my home. It arrived in 2 days from shipping from their warehouse! The laptop works amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything better! |

Video quality is amazing but the sound is not good at all. Where I was able to run my old computer volume at around 30 I need to run this at 85 to get the same and the quality is lower even then. |

Received the laptop, and immediately cloned and updated the internal storage. Have had no complaints about the computer that aren't caused by my own human errors! It runs everything I throw at it with ease, and is relatively quiet, even under load. |

If there was a configurator on the site, it would have made it a little easier, that said, when I got the laptop I upgraded from 16gb 3000 to 32gb 3200, and added a second M.2 at 2tb. Now she’s butter smooth and has space to add everything I need on the go. I set the keyboard lights to dim and turned off al other RGB which greatly increases battery life between charges. All around I’d recommend this product, especially if you are a little tech savvy and can upgrade this thing. |
