So my wife purchased this set about a month ago. Immediately upon arrival the couch had a tear in the back. The box had some minor damages but the tear had to happen before, or in the process of being boxed. My wife called MDG immediately, reported it and emailed a picture. MDG has made no effort to contact her. My wife called today to check on the status. She was told that a truck will be by to pick up the couch. THEN they will send a replacement. SERIOUSLY? Does this sound like an acceptable solution? How about shipping out the replacement and having the trucking company pick up the damaged couch at the same time as delivery. Not very happy about the damaged couch to begin with. Really unhappy with the way MDG is handling the problem. |
