Quick and easily assembled. Was up and running pretty quickly my games still feel a bit slow but it is still way better than my laptop. Don't block the mouse with anything or it won't even register. At first I thought the battery was dead but found out even with my leg just blocking it made it barely work.

My experience while dealing with sales was pretty good.. my sales rep was always ready to help and answer any questions. I'm not happy with how difficult it was to get my bank verified but again my sales rep made the process more pleasant overall. I'm also not happy with how long it took the verification department to do whatever it is they do so my computers could ship. My biggest displeasure with my experience is I've had my desktop and my laptop for about a week now and while the laptop itself has only one flaw I am having MAJOR issues with the desk top pc to the point I can't even really use it and I've reached out several times now and have NOT received one call back from customer service to help with the issues I'm having with the desktop pc. It's starting to feel like I am going to be stuck with a veryyyyyyyyy veryyyyyyy exspensive brick of useless electronic. I've tried reaching out a total of four times now with no response back .

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it seems a bit slow. I am connected to WiFi but that shouldn't cause it to be slow. The screen is beautiful, next to two other screens that I am using it with which are NOT HD you can see a drastic difference. I am happy so far with the purchase and would recommend as a work computer definitely not for a gamer which I am not. Satisfied customer!

I am very pleased at the performance of this desktop. I purchased it for my wife to use on her daily online chores as well as her work from home and I see myself using it probably more than her. It has performed flawlessly since I received it and I was able to check if the RAM was upgradable and it is. This is yet another plus. Great buy!!!
