Was great once I got it to work, I had to call their tech ppl because the web site that is printed on the card did no longer exist

Its not worth having too I don't like it at all I need something better if y'all can help me with that that would be good

This protects my computer better than any othe software I've ever used before! It's quick on picking up malicious activity and fake pages I shouldn't browse! I definitely recommend this

Computer doesn't work properly! Every time I turn it on it won't start within 8 or 10 attempts! So I'm frustrated I'm returning it!

I actually had to email MDG 3 times in regards to the software package not being available on the McAfee servers any longer. when I talk to a customer service rep from the sales department today informed me that the technical support team told her that the software was valid and that the licenses were valid. but the problem is that it was only a card with a scratch off covering over the license and there was no CD or dvd ROM with the program on it and since it is end of life McAfee removed antivirus plus from their servers. I'm sure that when this product was available it probably worked really well but since it is no longer available it would be high time for MDG to improve its product line by stop offering software packages don't exist. I had to explain this four different ways to the customer service rep before she finally understood what I was talking about. I was rather frustrated but I am satisfied with a solution of getting a refund added to the total balance of the account.

Can't load the software. Very disappointed in this product too difficult to mess with. I am returning it for a refund.
