Unsatisfied with these couches. Very stiff, not that pleasant to lay on, while I paid extra for the deluxe set. Shipping MDG charged me 400.00. Than the shipping company wouldn't even help bring in home. I even took my doors off. The day they were to deliver. They never came. I took off work to help bring in home. They came 2 days late. I was out quite a bit of money for that. They offer free shipping to items 1500.00 my total was 1400 plus a little more with taxes. And they wouldn't honor free shipping. I've been a customer for over 2 years. Never late on any payments, while I've spent hours with customer service to be treated rudely, no compromises and left upset. While there website says they practice customer satisfaction. Also after I ordered. MDG reduced their price 100.00 on the set and wouldn't or granted me this deal as it was less than 2 days from when I purchased. Unfair. The interest rate is extremely high and I'm very unhappy with my purchase. |
