Wesley M Aug 19, 2019 No remote!!!!!! Ever since I received this TV, I have not watched it!!! The remote control will not open so I can't put in the batteries!!! So I can't turn the unit on!!! Samsung USA & Canada both said I need to call MDG for them to contact Samsung to send me a working remote. I did just that & all they said was they'll see if the wharehouse has one, no word back from them. Will you help me????
