No remote!!!!!!
Ever since I received this TV, I have not watched it!!! The remote control will not open so I can't put in the batteries!!! So I can't turn the unit on!!! Samsung USA & Canada both said I need to call MDG for them to contact Samsung to send me a working remote. I did just that & all they said was they'll see if the wharehouse has one, no word back from them. Will you help me????

Deplorable
Rcvd broken product. No one in the client services knows how to treat a client with this type of an issue. The delivery company CEVA is not trained for set up of such a high ticket item. They drop it and run. All my friends who bought thus TV from other companies had their TV's set up for them. i would never recommend MDG to anyone. You are treated as trash.
