I thought that I paid extra for ""white glove"" service, but the delivery company just dropped three huge boxes off in my yard. Other than that, it was easy to unbox and assemble. It seems pretty sturdy, even if it is a little on the firm side. I gave 4 stars because of the delivery service. #Xboxdraw |

Some of the shipment came damaged other then I love the recliner parts and they are quite comfy. I would definitely recommend this set but I would also change the way it's shipped |

The furniture looks nothing like the picture!It is very uncomfortable and I reached out to company,and all the said was they will give $50 credit.Wouldn't allow me to exchange or anything.Then they charge $350 delivery fee,and the delivery guy drops the furniture off setup is not included.I will never buy from this company again!!!!!!I will very disappointed with my purchase! |
