5.3K video delivers breathtaking image quality with 91% more resolution than 4K and an incredible 665% more than 1080p. The HERO13 Black Creator Edition captures the action with crisp detail and exacting image quality so any shot with any lens will look amazing. 5.3K video also lets you grab stunning photos up to 24.7MP from your footage using the GoPro Quik app.
Burst Slo-Mo
HERO13 Black features our slowest slow-motion ever with the ability to record video clips with the action slowed down to 13x normal speed. You’ll also be able to record short 4x slow-motion clips using our highest 5.3K resolution video to catch epic details that you’d never be able to see with the naked eye.
10-Bit Color & Log Encoding
The HERO13 Black Creator Edition lets you choose between capturing standard video at 10-bit or Log encoding at 10-bit with GPLog. Capable of displaying over 1 billion colors, 10-bit color delivers enhanced color depth, smoother gradations and more realism in your videos. Advanced users can use GP-Log to get more detail in their footage while making necessary image corrections in postproduction (a lookup table/LUT is provided).
Built-In Tripod
In addition to making it easy to hold and aim your camera, the HERO13 Black Creator Edition’s Volta grip has built-in tripod legs that easily flip out any time you need to set it down to capture stationary and hands-free shots. Swivel mounting fingers even let you rotate and tilt the camera to find just the right capture angle.
Bluetooth Audio Connectivity
Bluetooth audio lets you wirelessly connect to compatible devices. Use a wireless microphone for enhanced audio when narrating a scene or conducting interviews. By connecting to your wireless earbuds, your GoPro will be able to hear your voice commands in noisy settings or when it’s mounted out of earshot. You’ll also be able to hear camera alerts through your earbuds to confirm that it got the command and is doing what you want.
Front + Rear LCD Screens
Frame your shots perfectly with either the front or rear LCD screen. Use the large rear touch screen to capture the scene in front of you, or turn your camera around and use the front screen for vlogging and perfectly framed selfies.
