I purchased this item as a gift for my brother, when I got home obviously someone had to sign for it so the person who did was my brother he immediately knew what it was because it wasn't packaged in any type of box it was the item with packaging stickers slapped on it. Surprise was ruined and to top it off box was in bad condition and I was afraid what was inside was broken. My brother being impatient after finding out what it was opened it and luckily the headset worked fine. I'm most likely not going to purchase from meg again if all future items will be delivered in this condition.

I am very impressed by these headphones. I use them on my Windows 10 PC. They were picked up right away by the OS and no drivers of any kind were required. The sound quality is incredible. I had them turned way up and there was no distortion, unlike my old wired set. I'm hearing sounds in music I didn't hear before. The volume control is built right in and it's easy to adjust with audible tones to indicate sound level. There is a power button with two settings, bass, or low bass. I like bass. Also, the battery fully charges in just a few hours and lasts quite awhile. Very pleased! The only drawback I noticed is that if you move more than say 6 or 7 feet from the USB receiver, the audio starts to cut out. Sitting at my PC it's perfect. Not sure about a PS4.

Look great. They have a good quality of sound. Really glad that I got them. They were a gift to myself.

I really like these headphones. They sound great and seem to hold a charge for quite a while. The only complaint is that I can't adjust the game background sound separate from the chat party sound. Might be a PS4 issue, but I can't find an adjustment for it in the device settings. I'm pretty happy with them overall. The buying experience through MDG wasn't bad at all. I wasn't sure how it would go after reading reviews, but the process went quickly for me.
